Ballantine’s Bartenders Challenge

Between May and August 2015, we were involved in promoting the Ballantine’s Bartenders Challenge bartending competition. For the latest edition, we were entrusted with two key tasks – developing the competition website and supporting the event’s recruitment via social media. Due to the very specific audience, this was one of the most interesting Facebook projects in our portfolio. We had to reach a precisely profiled group of professional bartenders with information about the ongoing recruitment.

The fanpage was launched on 24 May and the last post concerning the competition was published on 31 July. During this time, we shared a total of 67 posts (45 posts with photos, 17 video clips, 3 links and 2 text statuses). They were engaged with by 21,599 unique users (clicks, likes, comments, shares). The most popular post was seen by over 24,000 people. 247,000 unique users saw posts from the fanpage on their timeline, or in the news feed. The published video was viewed more than 18,333 times.
