TAILORS Group clients successfully place bond issues

Uniserv-Piecbud and Kancelaria Statima conducted public bond offerings in recent weeks. The demand for Uniserv-Piecbud bonds was so great that the subscription deadline was moved up by a week. The PLN 10 million in proceeds raised by the company, which provides comprehensive services for water cooling systems, industrial chimneys, silos, and industrial stoves, will be used to expedite the company’s growth.

Kancelaria Statima, a leader in collections of transport fees in Poland, raised over PLN 3.5 million from investors in its public issue of bonds. The proceeds will be used to cover operating costs, particularly for acquisitions in Poland and for upgrading the firm’s IT system. The market demonstrated that it values the company’s business model and ambitious growth plan.
