Kredyt Inkaso successfully placed a public bond issue

Kredyt Inkaso placed all the PA02 series bonds worth PLN 30 million with a 36 per cent reduction in subscriptions. The offering, whose communication was supported by TAILORS Group, was attended by 813 individual investors.

TAILORS Group’s role was to develop and implement a comprehensive communication policy related to the public bond offering, including supporting the Company in its contacts with the media and investors, as well as implementing an advertising campaign. As part of the project, we also prepared a new investor relations website for the client and a website dedicated to the bonds.

The issue was successfully placed with a reduction despite unfavourable market conditions – prolonging subscriptions or not collecting subscriptions for all bonds by competing companies.
