Enter Air, comprehensive PR/IR communication

EnterAir is Poland’s largest private airline, a market leader and one of Europe’s largest airlines in terms of fleet. TAILORS Group has been working with the company since its IPO in 2015 and is responsible for comprehensive investor relations and media relations support.

In the initial phase of the cooperation, the biggest challenge was the unfamiliarity of potential investors and analysts, as well as journalists, with Enter Air’s industry and business model. The business model of a charter airline, is diametrically opposed to the business model of scheduled airlines, with which aviation is associated by most media and investors. An additional complication was the unpredictable market environment and the numerous risks that could limit operations (including terrorist attacks, unstable international situation, aircraft accidents, airline bankruptcies or epidemics).

The role of the TAILORS Group was to prepare and consistently implement an optimum media communication strategy aimed at educating capital market participants and the media, as well as the ongoing positioning of the company. This significantly increased market awareness of Enter Air’s operations and built the company’s reputation as a trustworthy company that delivers on its promises and is managed by a competent team of people.

As a result of the TAILORS Group’s activities, many publications appeared in Polish and foreign media. We also supported the company in many crisis situations related to the materialisation of business risks. At the beginning of 2020, the aviation industry was one of the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We worked with the company to calm the market, which resulted, among other things, in a significant increase in the share price from the March 2020 minimum, despite virtually zero operational activity and many negative market signals.
