Enter Air – IPO, 2015

Enter Air is the biggest charter airline in Poland and the biggest private air carrier in Poland.

The Group operates flights for leading Polish and foreign travel agencies, flying to over 30 countries and transporting 1.5 million passengers a year.

The TAILORS Group’s task was to provide comprehensive communication support during its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The challenge faced was the uncertain situation on international markets caused by the threat of Greece’s bankruptcy; other circumstances unfavorable for the transaction were terrorist attacks in countries served by Enter Air. The project required not only experience in capital market transactions but also flexibility to act and respond quickly to the changing situation.

Outcome

Enter Air’s IPO was a great success. The Company acquired the cash needed to fund prepayments for new aircraft. In spite of the demanding environment, all the offered shares were sold and the company’s strengths were highlighted.

The Enter Air share price increased during the IPO against the background of considerable price decline on the WSE. This demonstrates that the campaign persuaded stable long-term investors to invest in the Company and its continued rapid growth.

The IPO with proceeds of PLN 98 million was the biggest rights offering in H2 2015.

Continuation of cooperation

The TAILORS Group continues to support Enter Air actively in contacts with investors and financial journalists and in communication. We have prepared and are implementing a program of active communication with the Company’s stakeholders, including individual and group meetings with financial investors, media communication and activities targeting retail investors. Our post-IPO cooperation also includes maintenance of the Company’s website dedicated to investors and preparation of multimedia materials.
