Zortrax – global effects of PR activities carried out by TAILORS Group

Zortrax is a Polish company that provides comprehensive 3D printing solutions – from desktop printers to materials, software and products that increase the efficiency of the prototyping process. The manufacturer is strengthening its global position with a particular focus on key markets which for the company are: USA, Germany, France, Italy or the UK.

With the start of its collaboration with the TAILORS Group, the company has renewed its communication efforts after a period of stagnation. The starting point was the preparation of an offer taking into account communication on a national and international level, as well as the combination of competences enabling Zortrax to be serviced at a high level in areas such as corporate communication, investor relations, but also product PR.

The challenge was to find a variety of communication contexts to compete with other manufacturers operating internationally with an established position, and to establish relationships with foreign journalists and key opinion leaders in a rather narrow segment such as 3D desktop printers.

Key tasks in the project:

  • establishing relationships with key media in Poland and priority foreign markets,
  • increasing recognition of the Zortrax brand in the global 3D printing market,
  • active management of a press office inspiring lifestyle and corporate topics,
  • building brand experience through initiated testing of printers among influencers.

Collaboration results:

Since the partnership was established, TAILORS Group has supported Zortrax on 5 product launches of global scale, generating 400 publications in key industry and technology media: Techcrunch.com, All3dp.com, 3dprintingindustry.com, 3dnatives.com, Antyweb.pl, or Tech.wp.pl. The media activities were accompanied by active building of the Zortrax brand among influencers and experts who use 3D printing in their daily work.
