IPO of Enter Air on the WSE
Enter Air, the biggest charter airline in Poland and the biggest private air carrier in Poland, is listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The IPO produced proceeds of PLN 98 million.
The TAILORS Group’s task was to provide comprehensive support in communication about the IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Enter Air’s IPO was a great success. The Company acquired the cash needed to fund prepayments for new aircraft. In spite of the demanding environment, all the offered shares were sold and the company’s strengths were highlighted. The Enter Air share price increased during the IPO against the background of considerable price declines on the WSE. This demonstrates that the campaign persuaded stable long-term investors to invest in the Company and believe in its continued rapid growth.
